Communication Methods

You agree to allow Obsidian Wealth Management Trust contact you via SMS, text, phone or voicemail to answer questions, follow up on statuses and to perform normal duties based on what you are obtaining and to communicate with you effectively regarding other services, education and products. You understand that you may be billed by your phone provider to receive these text messages or calls or voicemails from Obsidian Wealth Management and hold them harmless. Your communications will be typically during normal business and approved calling hours in accordance to the TCPA or Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice.
